Thank you for purchasing clothing products from our platform. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before transacting.
1. Product Information & Selection
  • Size charts, fabric descriptions, and other product details provided on the platform are for reference only. Deviations may occur due to individual body shapes or measurement methods. Contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order if needed.
  • Color differences of clothing may arise from shooting light or device display variations. The actual product shall be the final reference, and we shall not be liable for disputes caused by non-quality-related color differences.
2. Return & Exchange Rules
  • To apply for a return or exchange, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with intact tags, and not affect secondary sales. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, dislike of style), you shall bear the shipping costs.
  • If the clothing has quality issues (e.g., fabric damage, loose stitching), please provide photos of the product and contact customer service. We will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges and assist with the process.
3. Limitation of Liability
  • We shall not be responsible for damage to clothing caused by failure to follow care instructions (e.g., fading or deformation from improper washing).
  • For order delays or product damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, logistics disruptions), we will make every effort to assist in resolving issues but shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses.
4. Effectiveness & Modification
  • These terms take effect on the date you place your order. If we modify these terms, we will notify you via order alerts, and the revised terms will apply to subsequent orders.
